Presenter – Tobias Cheng

Tobias (Toby) Cheng is a general practitioner with an emphasis in criminal matters. He has conducted a wide spectrum of criminal matters including complex commercial crimes; money laundering; Securities and Futures Commission matters; dangerous drugs offences; sexual offences; and road traffic offences. His practice includes trials as well as appellate work. Toby also prosecutes on fiat for the Department of Justice.

In addition to his criminal work, Toby has also handled civil cases involving commercial disputes, land disputes, insurance, personal injuries and non-refoulement claims.  Toby is an accredited mediator and is on the Hong Kong Bar Association’s List of Mediators. He has also given lectures on mediation.
